Dear Mailbag,
It’s been a month since I’ve touched a dumbbell, rode a stationary bike, or hit the treadmill. It’s not like I went every day, but the inability to visit the gym has me even less inspired to work out. Combine all of that with no live sports on television, and my physical productivity is reaching all-time lows.
Any ideas for how I can get off the couch and get some exercise?
Signed,
South End Sloth
